Venue Bella Giornata
If you are looking for an all inclusive venue and a truly elevated wedding experience, Venue Bella Giornata is the one for you! This new build venue located about 20 minutes outside of Downtown Grand Rapids features an outdoor ceremony space, a chic and trendy cocktail hour area, and bright and airy reception space. There is also an onsite getting ready cottage as well as an additional getting ready room located on the complete other side of the building, putting those waiting to see each other until they are at the altar at ease knowing they won’t bump into each other easily. The Rutledge
The Rutledge is the perfect venue for those looking for a classic, romantic, and dark and moody vibe for their day. The venue is conveniently located directed across the street from Canopy Hotel by Hilton as well as being within walking distance of so many great restaurants and bars, making it a wonderful spot for those with many out of town guests . Be sure to have Peppino’s next door deliver some pizza your late night snack!

The Revel Center
Another great venue for a dark, moody, and romantic setting is The Revel Center. Both the ceremony and reception take place in the Grand Hall, which features exposed brick and exposed beam ceilings lined with string lights. There is a full room flip when hosting a wedding here, so while I think every wedding needs and deserves a wedding coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend it for this venue especially. During the room flip, guests are invited to the upstairs lounge where a full bar and retro arcade awaits them.

Grand Rapids Public Museum

Bissell Tree House – John Ball Zoo
Nestled in one of Grand Rapid’s highest points, Bissell Tree House proves to be a unique and fun spot to host your wedding! Ceremony and cocktail hour takes place amongst the trees on the covered wrap around deck, with reception being inside with floor to ceiling windows and modern accents. It is truly the perfect blank canvas for any color palette and design! My personal favorite feature is being right above the red panda exhibit!
